All Earth Angel garments are crafted in small batches. Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing. During collection launches, processing may extend slightly due to high demand.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Most international deliveries arrive within 7–21 business days.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These vary by country and are not included in our shipping charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey home.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
Garments must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For damaged or incorrect items, please send photo documentation within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Because Earth Angel operates as a slow, conscious brand, we encourage mindful purchasing. Our garments are dyed naturally, crafted intentionally, and made in small quantities. Please also note that these garments are naturally dyed, so they may come in a color/tone/texture that is slightly different from photos. Returns impact both environmental footprint and production cycles—so if you’re unsure about sizing, color, or fit, please reach out before ordering. We’re happy to assist.
