Return Policy:
1. Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team for instructions and a return authorization.
Once your return is authorized, please securely package the item and include a copy of the packing slip or proof of purchase.
3. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For item to be approved it must have our own authorized defaults. Earth Angel does not take responsibility for slight changes in colour due to the nature of natural dyes. Any small defects will not be accepted as refund, by purchasing natural dyes you are responsible for that natural occurrences that may display in this process. Our intention is to always provide the highest quality natural dyed clothing.
4. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return, your old order must be approved for exchanged and received in shipping before we process your next order.
5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
